Business Development Representative

Provo, UT

GroupSolver® is seeking an extraordinarily talented individual as a Business Development Representative. This fast-paced role will involve qualifying incoming and outbound new business opportunities and distributing qualified leads to Account Executives. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter and will have the ability to convert a large volume of leads into qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team. Using creative approaches to lead generation is the key for success in this role.

We will consider both full-time and part-time candidates, however, we expect them to dedicate a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week to this role. This is an ideal position for someone who is pursuing a career in Enterprise Technology Sales, and it can lead to a full-time Account Executive position within 3-6 months.

  • Identify and develop new prospects and generate product interest
  • Build creative lead prospecting campaigns across outbound sales platforms (Growbots), industry websites, and media platforms (LinkedIn)
  • Provide targeted sales materials to prospective clients
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients. Follow-up on their requests
  • Maintain account records in customer relationship management (CRM) systems (HubSpot)
  • Actively participate in team problem solving meetings to improve team knowledge and best practices
  • Extraordinary oral and written communication skills - ability to interact with prospective clients and GroupSolver® team in a professional, effective, and friendly manner
  • People-oriented and customer-focused
  • Self-starter and tenacious new business hunter
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) software application such as HubSpot preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must be available to work in the office during the agreed upon hours (we do not offer remote positions)
